ABOUT the disclaimers…

The disclaimers are a 7 piece Blues, Rock, Country and R&B band that plays a variety of music including ballads and up-tempo dance music.  The band features four singers (2 men and 2 women), with great harmonies backing strong lead vocal efforts.  The rhythm section includes guitars, bass and drums with occasional “special guests” on harp or saxaphone.  The disclaimers also play new original material from their upcoming CD release later this summer.

The band has a focus on helping build our community and plays primarily at benefits that raise funds to fight Cancer, cure Aids, conduct Alzheimers research and feed the hungry in our community.  The disclaimers do not play “dinner music”.  We are a dance band and our goal is to enhance your party, to get everyone moving or tapping their feet.  The show is professional and the band is committed to having fun with you and yours.

Band members are:  Gary Aden (rhythm & lead guitar, accordian, vocals) David Ottey (rhytm guitar, vocals), Rob Allen (bass guitar, harmonica), Bob Mohrbacher (rhythm & lead guitar, vocals), Liz Mohrbacher (vocals), Brian Benedetti (drums), and Sarah Holt (vocals).

Physical Requirements

The band does not require a stage (but that is a nice touch) and is available for both Indoor or Outdoor events.

The band requires at a minimum two electrical power (15 amp) outlet(s) within 30 feet of the stage or area that you want us to play.  We also need a place for band members to park and access to load-in and load-out.
The band plays between 1 to 4 hours depending on the event and will take a 15-20 minute break between sets.  In a typical program of 2-3 hours the band will take between 1 and 2 breaks.

The band will not perform outdoors when it is raining for safety reasons.  If there is a chance of rain you must provide a suitable cover or tent if we are expected to play outdoors.  The disclaimers require a stage or playing area of approximately 12”deep x 15” wide.
